Temporary jobs in Savannah, Georgia

Plan the location before the application.

Searching for temporary work in Savannah starts with the reporting location. Ask whether the job meets downtown, at a separate worksite or outside the city, and whether the same address applies throughout the assignment.

For a bus commute, check Chatham Area Transit routes and service alerts against both the start and finish times. Confirm the walk from the stop to the meeting point. A Savannah listing should not be assumed to include transport to another site.

Check current Chatham Area Transit routes and service information. This independent transport resource is not a Voccora partner or an offer of employment.

Check the assignment details.

• Confirm duties, start and finish times, the contact at the worksite and the return journey.
• Read whether the listed pay is hourly or a fixed total, and agree on how and when the employer pays.
• Ask about training, lifting or other physical requirements, protective equipment and who supplies tools.
• Never send a fee, gift card or deposit to unlock an application.

Temporary work describes the planned assignment length. It does not by itself determine legal employment classification or promise a permanent role.
