Voccora operates a public web beta in Georgia and Florida. This page explains the product’s protections and boundaries; it does not certify that every release check has passed.
Security
Private actions require authenticated access and server checks. Staff access requires permission, current multifactor authentication and an accountable purpose. No online service can promise that incidents will never occur.
Privacy
Choose what to share with an employer. Contact and resume permissions are separate and can be revoked from Applications. Review the privacy notice before sharing personal information.
Safety
Never pay to apply or send passwords, bank credentials or verification codes. Report concerning jobs, conversations or communities using their report controls. Read the Safety Center. For immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Employer verification
Founding Employer describes early program participation. Business Pro describes a plan entitlement. Neither badge proves identity or guarantees safe work. Verified Business requires a separate verification process; always confirm work, pay and meeting arrangements.
AI
AI Resume is currently disabled. Voccora does not promise automated resume processing, employment outcomes or employer verification.
Law enforcement
Voccora provides no public law enforcement portal or unrestricted access to private user data. Requests for private information require an authorized review under the applicable policy. See the privacy notice for disclosure information.
Data handling
Document uploads are currently disabled. Private resume-sharing permissions remain separate from contact permissions. Data export and deletion requests are available in Settings. A deletion request is distinct from completed erasure. Copies already exported by recipients cannot be recalled.
Account protection
Use a unique password, protect your email account and never share sign-in codes. Use Settings to sign out all sessions. Voccora does not currently provide a per-device session list. Access tokens may remain cryptographically valid until they expire, but protected Voccora database requests also check whether the Auth session is still active. Use password recovery if needed, or open a private support request.
