Account access
Request a password reset if you cannot sign in. Expired or already-used verification links require a fresh verification email; do not share your codes with anyone.
Applications and resumes
Check Applications for decisions and sharing permissions. Manage private resume versions in Resumes. Uploaded files cannot be shared until their security analysis approves them.
Hiring
Enable employer mode in your profile, then use the employer dashboard for jobs and applicants. Staff administration is separate from ordinary employer recruiting.
Preferences and privacy
Choose optional job alerts and other email categories in Settings. Registration alone does not subscribe you to optional alerts. You can also request a data export or account deletion there.
Safety concerns
Report a listing from its job page. Report or block a person from a conversation. For immediate danger, call 911.
